I do not get any email when the form is submitted.

Apology for the inconvenience. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.

I have taken a test page with Form Builder addon. It works fine. Please add a page with the addon and then check it. Your previous contact page does not exist now.

We don't see any email in our junk mail either. We are not sure what the issue is.
Since we are new to your template, we are finding it hard to create a custom form.
We want to have 2 recipients, is it possible?
This is our development site and only we have access to it. So could you please create 1 test form on the and link it on the main main menu (Test).
In this way, we know how create forms and test them
