Hi! I installed joomla on a new database and the pagebuilder pro. Everything OK. After that, I have installed Helix Ultimate latest version. The site refers to ERROR 500. Even reassigning the Cassiopeia template everything remains in error 500. The only thing that fixes everything, is to uninstall the Helix Ultimat 2 template. Could you help me? Thank you

Hi,

  1. PHP 8.1 - is not supported - you can use only PHP 7.4 or PHP 8.0.x

  2. We noticed that in some servers Helix Ultimate 2.0.10 doesn't work well, so please use older HU 2.0.9 you can download from here

it should work without Error 500 on Joomla 4.1.5
