Fail To Create Image Folder

I wish to create folder for image, and already turn on the "fileinfo" option on cpanel. But it still dosen't works, it shows nothing after I click the "Create New Folder" button. any solution or other way to organize images by folder?

I have checked your site. You are using a third-party template. This issue does not belong to SP Page Builder. Please contact your template provider for support.

I can't get it. the image folder counldn't work because of JA template? but JCE works fine, smartsldier works fine. But SP Page Builder Pro - Media cannot create image folder?

I have taken an Akeeba Backup but could not download it. I do not know what is the issue. Could you please download the latest backup and share via any drive?
