Hi,
We are having a problem trying to display embedded Vimeo videos with cookies disabled. We are using modal popup addons to display some YouTube and Vimeo videos. We have changed the YouTube links to use the privacy friendly youtube-nocookie.com URL's and these videos display properly. However, adding the Vimeo privacy parameter (?dnt=1) to the Vimeo URL's has not helped. When cookies are disabled, and you try the view a Vimeo video you get the following error message in place of the video:
player.6040c1ecb3ba58fb545282cfae168f49-gdprlock’s server IP address could not be found.

The first 3 popups display Vimeo videos, and the 4th popup displays a YouTube video. If you disable / decline all cookies using the Cookie / GDPR tool you will see that the Vimeo videos stop working.
This website is working on J3.10.10 and has been built using the shaper_floox - Default template.
We'd be grateful for some help. Let me know if you need any further information.

This is strange as we have tested from 3 completely different locations and ISP's with multiple browsers and devices, and we don't get the same behaviour as you on any of them.
The client has provided us with replacement YouTube videos now which work, so this is no longer a problem for us and I'm happy to close this discussion.

I have declied all cookies and able to view Vimeo videos. Please check your site after clearing cache.

I have cleared my Chrome cache, and this did not resolve the problem. I have tried using different browsers which have not been used previously (Firefox & Opera) and have the same problem... and I have asked a colleague at a different location to test the site and he also has the same problem.
Could you please test again your end as I don't understand how you are able to view the vimeo videos without cookies?
I have attached a screen shot of what we (the client, myself and a collegue) are all seeing in case it helps.

I have checked your site from Chrome, Firefox and Safari. All are working fine.
