We are not sure, whether these is an issue in the template setting. Just to inform you that, the same website has been built using Joomla shine template, and used their form form builder (Uniform) withich is working fentastic on the main website https://multiglass.com

The form worked for first 2 times, but after that, it stopped working,

If you claim that your form builder is working well, then create a test form and link it on the main menu, so that we can under stand if any mistke we did. We can build furtehr forms by our own.

What we observed, that, your team say "t is working and I sent a test email and look in your spam"and so on, this approach is not the right approach. So I request your team to0 build 1 test form.

We have another form builder (uniform - from joomla shine), and it is working fine, we have issue with only your form builder

Hello @Toufiq we have web hosting on dreamhost but our email provider is different, we dont send emails through dreamhost. so we are doing emails through smtp. I have update the required details for smtp in joomla global configration also but still it is not working. I have provided the smtp server details below. Please have a look and let us know the problem

Just in case, have you try to input the "From Email" with your admin email on your joomla config setting? It need to be the same... From my experience.

Hello there Its six days now and the form builder is still not working. I do not recieve any email.The project is getting delay due to this problem. Could you give me the links of:

1. Front end link where you are testing the form
2. The back end link where you have made changes to the form in joomla

Could you also tell what changes you have made while doing testing of the form in the backend.

Is it from the server side issue?? If not, what is the possible reason for this issue.Please let us know.

@Toufiq, I can see that the form builder works on your hosting server but it is still not working on our hosting. Could you tell what can be possible issue so that we can also check from our side. Is the issue with hosting server or email settings or the form builder itself. What could be the possible reason? One more thing , I would like to say that if you can add reciepient email as [email protected] or you can put cc email as [email protected] on your hosting server. So that we can have a look on our side.
