Somebody from your web team, maybe even you, deleted that file:

images/demo/author-icon.svg

that's why no login icon!

yes, you can copy missing folder & file from Qucikstart package it's/was there.

Thanks Paul, I'm only using the template not the quickstart. I entered the files but it still doesn't work.

are you sure that you uploaded missing file from QS?

error 404 , file does not exist.

This is simple 01 method.

Uploaded it to the wrong file, it's fixed, thanks Paul!

You're welcome. Those image files were only in QS, not raw template package, so it was easy to miss them.
