Helix Framework 3 years ago

hi, Are the Search Results, All Categories List and Results, All Tags List and Results options - all comming from Helix Framework. I am using all 3 and they are so different that I need to change them to look similar in terms of styles and wanted to know where I would do that... I assume overrides but would it be the shaper_helixultimate template Thanks

I would request you to contact the Joomla forum to edit core files. Cause, We are not able to provide customization support. Customization support is fully prohibited by our support policy.

Thanks for response. I appologies in advance is this is/was a stupid question but I am still new to a lot of areas of both Joomla and Helix

My ultimately goal is have the exact same Result Set Style comming from either of those 'search' mentioned above. So, I click on a Tag, it lists articles. I click on a category, it lists articles, I enter text into a search box, it lists articles (and other things but not important now).

What I want is that all of those results sets to look the same, have the same Styles. My users may be searching for something using either of those 3 methods and its about consistency of look and feel.

Now to my question, I assume I will need to override whatever is producing the 3 different results sets so... when I use Search, use All Categories List (menu Option) and use All Tags List (Menu Option) are the result sets comming from HelixFramework or are those the native Joomla results. I need to know which since I need to know exactly it is I am overriding. Again please remember I know very little about overrides and I am not ask you to do any for me, I just need more information so I can find it and research it myself Thank You

Did you try to check the smart search of Joomla? If not, Please try to use the smart search on your site. Thanks

Yup, using smart search... go to site provided, select Catalogue > Resource Categories (see list ), Resource Tags (see List), Enter "Greslin" into Search box (See List)

Now, in Category List > Guides (See List) , In Tags LIst > Select Discord Only (See List)

So I basically have 5 lists, 3 are articles mostly, and they all look different to me and my visitors. IU would like a list of things to loook the same, continuity and consistentcy I am not saying it is Joomshaper, SP PB or Helix's fault... it is just something that is and that I would like to change. Which was what i was asking about, best way to go about that. Don;t need/want you to do it, just what would be a good strategy consider I am using SP PB Pro and Helix. Thanks

Sorry, just to add to this, where there is an option that 'allows' me to Sort, tooltip even shows, the sort does not work. This would be on the Tags and Categories results

Well pretty sure these are not core files and the sort function does work in the cassiopeia test site I have set up but will work it out myself. Accepted the go-away answer :-) Just teasing Thanks for your time
