Hello, I am trying to load a predefined template in the page builder and the result I receive is: Templates not found. I have tried on different pages with different domain and different version of page builder and it always gives me the same error. Can you help me? Thank you

Would you please recheck if you have fulfilled all the technical requirements and PHP configuratios, kindly?

Make sure you have placed associated email address and the license key in to the right place of SP Page Builder global configurations.

The PHP configuration appears to be correct and the email and license number are entered correctly. Three days ago with the same configuration and on the same hosting everything worked fine, this happened suddenly without touching any configuration

Same issue here - updated (renewed) my site license - added the new license key and now none of the blocks or layouts show (page builder 3). I am testing 4 on a test build, and it is not letting me edit any old pages, new pages are blank. It also doesn't show any layouts.

Using Joomla 3.10 *

The same appened to me, on all of my site. Error: Templates not found. The Sections also are disappeared from Add Sections -> Sections Library

It's a joke??!!

My System configuration

Sp Page Builder Pro Version: 3.8.7 Joomla! 3.10.10 Web Server Apache/2.4.29 (Ubuntu) PHP 7.2.24-0ubuntu0.18.04.13 PHP cgi-fcgi database 5.5.5-10.1.48-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.18.04.1

Fresh install and the same situation... Install Joomla 4 + Sp Page Builder 4 + Helix ultimate ---- > no Work... Install QuickStart Helix Ultimate 2.0.10 & Upgrade SP Page Builder 4 ---- > no Work... Put the license number & mail ----> no Work... Wait 2 hours ---> no work...

Erase folder & Install QuickStart Helix Ultimate 2.0.10 & Upgrade SP Page Builder Pro 3.8.7 ---- > no Work...

Any idea?

Also tested on a fresh install localsite - using Joomla 4, cassopiedia template, newest build and SP Page builder 4. With license and email, still no templates or blocks. Says none can be found (for templates) and unable to load - for blocks. Now SP Page builder 4 itself works great on the fresh site - very fast.

Same here. Made a complete empty & new Joomla 4.15 Installation, SP Page Builder 4, and Helix Ultuimate (alway the actual versions - some minutes ago).

No Blocks, No Layouts!

All Requirements are fullfilled.

Not so good...

/edit:/ a saved Row IS shown... but no Content from JoomShaper. I have a Developer License

Hey, I could solve it - but only a part of them!

Go to Backend->System -> Manage ->Extensions

Search "Page".

All Page Builder Extensions are listed.

Now you can see: The following Items are deactivated:

  • *** Content - SP Page Builder
    • Search - SP Page Builder
    • Smart Search - SP Page Builder**

I ACTVATED them - voila! ! Now I have Acess to the Layouts/ Blocks etc.!

BUT: I cannot import them - "false license" !!! :-(

SO, I deinstalled SP Pagebuilder 4, an installed the old version. Not satisfied, friends from JoomShaper. Not good.

Now the problem seem solved, probably was a issue with the connection to the list of the Joomshaper Sp Page Builder Pro customers... maybe. For shure I'll waiting to install the new update to 3.8.8 version released today

**The updated SP 3.8.8 version crashed my website and lost some of my modules made with page builder. I would not suggest anyone install the updated SP 3 page builder without testing on a test site first.

:-( Lukly before to update to version 3.8.8 I've tried if the problem with templates and sections had been solved. Anyway from Joomshaper no response or help. Let's remember when it's time to renew our subscriptions

Hello all,

I'm really sorry for the unwanted delay!

Yes, we were having a cyber attack and we tried mitigating it. So they could not get connection from the server, caused the Layout bundles not appearing issue.

Please take my apology. I could not reply here that time.

Now all should work well... Layout bundles, premade blockes and Saved sections!
