Installed pagebuilder 4.. now it opens a welcome page where we need to click on "get started" and it opens a new window which is blank.. any idea why?

I have turned off JS Optimization in your template settings. Now, the page loads. Please keep it off now. We will update SP Page Builder in the future.

hi.. coming back to the issue again.. now that i am trying to work with it, even if SP pagebuilder main page loads, when creating a page, we cannot edit it as the page is blank now. please help
