Fatal Error On Pagebuilder 4 Upgrade

As suggested I am testing SPPB 4 update on a local server. I updated the component via the v3.88 upgrade path to v4.01, and everything seems ok on the editor page. However when I switch to page preview or open the fron end of the site I get the following php error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6763976 bytes) in C:\wamp64\www\THEO\components\com_sppagebuilder\parser\addon-parser.php on line 899

Not sure where to go from here??

Thank you for your query. Hi, Could you try increasing your PHP's memory limit?

Do you have access to php.ini ? If so, search for memory_limit and change the value there.

If not, do you have a .htaccess file in your Joomla website root folder?

I have increased memory_limit in php.ini to 3072M but still the same problem. It still returns this error on some pages (but not all):

PHP regular expression limit reached (pcre.backtrack_limit)

pcre.backtrack_limit is currently set at 5000000
