Font Awesome In Helix

I've tried to style some blockquotes so as to use font awesome quotations marks but all I get is a placeholder. Example here on the quotes in red.
How do I go about displaying those correctly? I assumed they were part of the framework?

Yes, Helix Ultimate 2.0.x uses Font Awesome 5 Free.
Your custom CSS code is not fully correct, wrong font name (!) and missing font weight - that's why it doesn't work. Please check deeper on FA website how it should look like.
Here is correct version - compare what I changed
