Page Builder Pages After Uninstall

Hi, can anyone tell me what happens to PB pages if you uninstall the extension? Will they all be deleted? Thanks.

Accepted AnswerHi, By default tables from database are removed. So we strongly recommend to make database backup in case you may need those pages in the future. You can backup selected tables as well, the most important is: prefix_sppagebuilder - that contains pages, modules content.

Accepted AnswerThanks Paul. Would you recommend this method for a clean PB removal and re-install from scratch? I have an issue in ticket #6148 that I don't know any other way to resolve, since the tech involved is not providing the information I have repeatedly requested.

Accepted AnswerI have a similar issue in that I just updated a Joomla 3.10.11 site with Joomshaper 4.0.7 and now the backend pagebuilder module is gone. The only way for me to fix this is to uninstall 4.0.7 and go back to the version that I had which was working, which for me, was 4.0.3. Dang, this is frustrating.
