After Updating Sp Page Builder, the pages not loaded!

After Updating Sp Page Builder to 5.XX, the pages not loaded fast, It took too long time to load!
Is this normal!

I think it better from location than other location, so it depends on internet upload speed as it works on mobile data so fast!
