No Permission To Edit Page

Running Joomla 4.1.5 + SP Pagebuilder 4.0.3. The site has two (2) user with Super admin permissions, so NO restructions.
When another author/login is trying to edit a page you get the error message
You are not permitted to edit this page because one more user is already checkid-in
Also please note the typo in the end.. checkid-in
Chat support says
Go to system > Global Checkin and clear if there any tables with checked-out items, the issue is that we could not do this constant.

Have you tried the following, please?
Please clear the Global Checkin from the settings. It might help you.
