Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

Your solution has solved issue of header of the table, which was not visible but now it is visible. But text colours are still white for the whole table and so not visible. Check this screenshot - https://nimb.ws/eQyibT

Please create this table portion again. And use SPPB responsive properly. Make sure you have backup before doin any changes.
