Use this custom CSS

.sppb-addon-table-main.bt tbody th, .sppb-addon-table-main.bt thead{
    display:block !important;
}

Path towards custom CSS: Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

Hi,

Your solution has solved issue of header of the table, which was not visible but now it is visible.
But text colours are still white for the whole table and so not visible.

Hi,

I solved that But I realise that when I apply your solution, it shows header in Mobile which is not proper as it should be on Smart Phone Screen, See this screenshot - https://nimb.ws/BYiFGA
