Can I Go Back To SP Page Builder 3.8.8?

Now SP Page builder version 4.0.4. Can I install version 3.8.8 replace version 4.0.4? Because It have many problem with version 4.0.4.

Yes, you can go back to SP Page Builder 3.8.8. I would recommend that you keep a backup for safety. Then install SP Page Builder 3.8.8. Hopefully, it will be alright.
