Frontend Editor Not Loading.

Hello,

My College Website is running on Joomla 3 and PHP 7.3 Suddenly, the frontend editor (JCE) is not loading but it is in the backend! I have switched over to TinyMCE and it will not load either so the school administrator cannot edit her pages. All was working well a week ago.

The editing portion works but the HTML editor does not load in the left column. It loads fine in the administration area.

I have installed the previous version 3.8.7 on your site. Now, the editor looks fine. I assume that the issue is on the latest version. I have shared your site backup with the developer team. They will work on it. Meanwhile, use the previous version.
