I have checked your backend and found out there are some updates pending including the JCE editor.

Please do the update works, and please recheck all the suggestions from those FAQs kindly. Also, make sure you have fulfilled all the technical requirements.

I updated JCE editor to 2.9.10 and it's still not working properly.

Could it be that the frontend editor does not work because I still have a legacy theme downloaded? Could this be fixed once I upload a JoomShaper theme and apply it to my site? I'm able to edit new pages using SP Page Builder Pro on the backend, but whenever I preview the new page, it looks like it's still using the legacy theme my site is still currently using. I'm just wondering if it's simply because the frontend editor is not compatible with the old theme.

Ususally SP Page Builder works with most of the Joomla templates.
