OK, I have did some investigations and after downgrading to SP Page Builder 3.8.7 the forms are working fine again.

So may i conclude that there is a bug / error in SP Page Builder 3.8.8 causing forms to not work properly?

I am not able to screencast, because nothing happens.

The form builder itself is working, so I am able to create a nice looking form. However, when submitted the form won't be sent to the Recipient Email address I have set in Form Builder. When using SP Page Builder 3.8.8.

But, as a test I downgraded to SP Page Builder 3.8.7 and then the form was sent properly to the Recipient Email address. So imho there's a bug in SP Page Builder 3.8.8 with Form Builder causing forms not be sent.

I recognize she just copy paste asking for screencast everywhere. Please stop acting like a robot...

I am not acting like robot. We all are asking about screenshot or screencast. Without it we are not understand the issue properly or we are not able to send the issue to developer properly. Our developer is also said to give then screencast or screenshot. Its easy for them to understand the issue. If I just copy paste asking for screencast everywhere then its not possible to solve for me so many issues.
