Problem With Addon Editing

Hi! I'm using the last version of SP Page Builder PRO. And I'm using it in articles. I'll try to edit different addons (after clicked on pencil) I'll see only this https://prnt.sc/zpsfad and several errors in cosole with TinyMCE editor.

Before editing addons this article look like this https://prnt.sc/zpsl57

Help please how I can fix this problem.

Yes, you have to use TinyMCE as default editor !!! as alternative you can install JCE editor. Only those two are supported by SP Page Builder.

Please do not set "Editor - Core Mirror" - otherwise Text addon don't work !

So problem was caused by your setting/choice, you disabled TinyMCE plugin. I enabled it again.

Hi,

  1. Template name please.
  2. Make sure that TinyMCE editor is set as default (!)
  3. Check if your template doesn't override Text addon, for example Flex template do it!
  4. Do you have any extra SEO extension that could hurt editor, if yes - disable first for testing.

BTW

I noticed that you added some content before, it means that probably your actions made this problem. Not our software itself. Otherwise you wouldn't be able to add content since beginning.

  1. But since when this problem began? You installed something , changed settings of PHP, anything?
  2. Do you have this same problem inside Pages? Please check. Or it's only in articles?
  3. Please use "Hidden Content" here to share access as Super user + URL. I will check on my side.

  1. One week ago I checked this problem. I thought that problem in hosting or maybe problem with one of version SP PB. I'll update component, but the problem saving
  2. I don't have this problems in pages, just don't using it on this site. Problem in Articles now
