No Move Option

In PB pro Version 4.0.4 there doesn't appear to be a move option for any elements. Am I missing something?
Also, is the layout builder gone as well when you just click on the page name in the pages area? Mine goes straight to the front page editor.

Regarding this query - there is no backend editor in SP Page Builder version 4. It comes with a flexible Frontend Editor now that lets you create pages through live editing with the power of drag & drop. Erything that you could do from the backend is now doable from the front-end easily.
And regarding your first query - could you please explain it more?

Accepted AnswerThank you. On the page, there is no option for dragging and moving anything. Like of I want to move a row up or down, or move an add on, I see no way to drag it and move it.

Accepted AnswerI am having the same problem after I Updated my site. What is the solution? It will be nice to have a basic video of the new interphase and explanation on how to do the basic editing with clear steps including the photo editor.
