Pre Installation Check: Database Support FAILED

I am trying to install Quickstart Joomla 3.

The Pre-Installation check showing all green except Database Support: ()

May I know what is the problem and how to rectify this?

Please contact with Hosting support! this is not our software issue, this is message from Joomla core Installator.

and as I said before, try to install also raw Joomla 4.2 downloaded from joomla.org
