Hi, we got a Flex-Template on Joomla 3.10.0 running with SP Page Builder Version: 3.8.8 and need to remove google fonts. I checked the new button "Disable Google Fonts", but they will still be loaded. Any advice on how to get rid of them? The site is https://www.berghotel-kockelsberg.de/. Kind regards Oliver

Hello

Thank you for your query. Google Fonts can be loaded also from addon settings (SPPB). Just check Pages and all used addon settings one by one, to find which one has Google Fonts set, and then disable it. Then GoogleFonts links will disapear. Have you checked out this documentation too?

Hi,

thanks for your answer. Yes, I checked all of them. I only found these settings in templates/styles under Typography ("This google font will be applied on.."). But when I deactivate them, the whole site stops working. Any suggestions?

Kind regards Oliver

Oliver, If you have template from Apikko as you said, Flex, ask their support. You bought from them, not us.

We can help only with SP Page Builder in your case.

Hello, yes, but it's in the typography-settings in the Helix-Framework. Please have a look, thanks!

Stefan/Oliver,

Indeed, Flex is using Helix3 framework , but this template has a lot of customization made by Apikko team.

I will look into, but Flex template I cannot fix it.

Please update Flex template, you have very old version 3.5 from 2018 – and you should have from this year 2022 – Version 3.9.x

This problem and error is directly from Flex template, with raw Helix3 template that I installed for tests all is 100% OK.

This time we cannot help more on the forum. The bug is not from our side / code.

By now you have to recover site from backup and maybe remove google font manually from Flex code, if you don't want to invest any money for Flex update.
