Column View In Tablet

Attached is a screencast of the issue. I disabled the original rows I had because I could not get them to display properly in tablet and mobile view. I then cloned the top row (which is displaying fairly well in all three views) and then added the addons to this newly cloned role. As you can see in the video the first three pictures display properly but then it goes to a single column. I even reduced the addon widths for the later ones but that did not help. This is also happening on another sppb page https://www.ntps.edu/about-ntps/aircraft.html in tablet view.
I clear the joomla cache before every page save and chrome cache before I reload the page. I cannot seem to get these columns in line. Please help.

Accepted AnswerI am not using page builder 4 as it is not recommended to use on a production site right now. My issue is with v3.8.8 as shown in my screencast and stated in my post.

Accepted AnswerI am still waiting for assistance with this issue. I upgraded to 3.8.9 but it did not help with tablet view at all.

Share 1 page link with access and what you want to do with the columns in tablet or mobile screens. I will do it and share the procedures with you so that you can do it later on any page on your own.
