as I know only MegaMenu from template has that feature, Navigation addon does not. It was created for more classic projects.

But anytime you can install addcional Menu module that have Dropdown feature, and then use it inside Module addon.

Extra CSS tip, for bottom (black bg) menu:

#sp-bottom .sp-module ul > li {
  margin-right: 15px; }

I have added in CK Maximenu but cannot see any way to justify it to the right. This this a CK maximenu thing or is there css I can add into pagebuilder?
