SP Builder Pro 3.8.8 And 4.0 is Not Editable

SP Builder Pro Solution Help is not editable
I have two sites on Joomla 4.0 and Joomla 3.0 with their template and SP Page Builder Pro extension and I paid for it.
According to the discussions if you put the version Joomla 3.x Updated and SP Page Builder Pro 3.8.8 there should be no problem.
Please, enter and see that you can NOT edit any page on either site, nor can the name be edited (images attached).
The problem is that it does NOT allow to edit any page in any of the Joomla 4.x and 3.x I append the username and pw (in a hidden way) of the two sites that are exactly the same but in different folders.

If I have published the same case a couple of times, it is that if they respond to me, but they DO NOT offer me or their clients a specific solution and date of when they will fix their SP Builder Pro 3.x and 4.x extension and it can be edited in they.
I have four examples and sites configured with Joomla 3.x and Jommla 4.x and in neither of the two cases does their extension work!... I have provided them with the accesses and they do not tell me if they entered or you who are the experts can tell me if something is doing wrong... but I'm still waiting for a solution from you.
