In that case there is no default option to do this. You have to customize it yourself as we do not provide customization support.

hi. I believe text alignment should have been top aligned by default in table and then one looks for ways to customize it to be centered if needed.. I would recommend that the vertical alignment option be added in SP Page Builder Table, or it be changed to top aligned by default..
