we been able to connect instgram on some sites, but using the same process in a new website seems to be meeting us with some issue. we're able to get as far as getting a new token , but it fails to be received by sp page builder? as the screen does not change at all when hitting "save token"
any ideas?

Accepted Answerwell,.. i just went into the database, and pasted in the "accessToken" and "igId" inside the extensions table for SP Page Builder record, and seem to make it work.
not a working SP PageBuilder version, but at least it works

Accepted Answerits funny, you copy and paste this same response to all your instagram issues.. on the other hand, i already been through it, and got all the way to the end, only thing, SP Page Builder was not accepting the changes/accessToken/igId, etc.. for some reason. i dont know why when i hit the apply accesstoken/igId , SP Page Builder was not saving it. i just had to go into the database and paste in the accessToken and igId manually.

Accepted AnswerSorry, I did not mean to fun here about the issue. This is my initial response and most users solve it by watching the tutorial. There are some steps which is not in the video and so I have shared those in the pinned comment on YouTube. In most cases, the issue is solved by those steps. If not, then I would check the user site. Anyway, thank for your feedback. I will try to improve my response.
