I see that now sppb 3 support is ongoing until end 2023. Isn't is better to leave the date in between and aim for when upgrading from sppb 3 to 4 is going flawless for everybody?

I think a flawless upgrade for everybody from sppb 3 to sppb 4 is the only goal that is matters. Instead of using sppb 4, now a lot of people keep using sppb 3 to build new sites.

When a flawless upgrade is guaranteed, most users will do the upgrade. Then there is no reason to wait untill end of 2023. As long as this isn't the case it's only moving the problem towards a later date.

For the rest all I can say is when members are planning to upgrade, don't do it with a live website. Grab a backup to upgrade and use a local machine (MAMP Pro or something like that).

On sppb 4 I really miss the drag option of addons you copied across the page. The layer system isn't that great and fast.
