I have checked your backend and see you are using PHP 8.0.24. As the Spectrum Template is based on the Helix3 framework and the Helix3 framework is not compatible with PHP 8 yet, so kindly downgrade your PHP version to PHP 7.4 and clear Joomla cache to see if it helps!
