Form Builder With Limited Functionality?

Hello Joomshaper, I'm with SPBB 3.8.9, Joomla4 and PHP 8. I tried to set up a form with some Elements like radios, select and checkboxes, but they don't work. Only the the basics From, Email, Subject and Message were transmitted.

Can you help me out? Thanks in advance, Jens

Hello, I think that was not the reason, but I forgot to set the remaining variables in the Email Body e.g. {select}. So, your advice leads to the right solution. Thanks a lot, Jens P.S.: It would be nice, if there is an element/field type for uploads like pictures.

You have not set From Email in the Email Template of the addon settings. Please check the page now.
