Some text in search module doesn't change when we switch language.
See: 
We always see some text in english like WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR and popular tags.
What to change these text in french how can I do that ?
2- All section menu module
I don't have the same menu in mobile and pc browser.

How can I resolve these ?

Are you talking about the off-canbvas menu?
