Contact Form Not Working

Hello,
I am able to send and recieve test emails in Joomla back end successfully. Unfortunately when I try and send via 'Contact form' on my website I do NOT receive.
This used to work fine.
Do I need to use 'SendMail' or 'SMTP'? Security On/Off?
Any help as to why the contact form is not linking to working mail settings on back-end muc appreciated.

Accepted AnswerAny chance of some support.? I can see x3 people who have logged ticked for the issue of 'contact form' not working. It is an intergral part of my website and i assume other business sites and a speedy resolution is needed.

Accepted AnswerIssue seems to have now resloved itself. Didn't hear back from support but not sure if anything was changed and I wasn't notified?
