Helix Template: Problem With Canvas Menu On IPad

Using Helix Ultimate I am facing a problem managing the menu / submenu with iPad. I have created a submenu of multiple items. The first time I am allowed to select any of the submenu items. However, if I want to select a new item in that submenu, the window with the submenus opens and closes instantly and it is no longer possible for me to choose any of the items in that submenu. The only way to access it again is to click on a different menu and then click again on the menu that includes the items found in the sub-menu that interests me to click. Can you let me know if it is possible to solve this annoying customer problem? Thanks in advance.

hello, i work with joomla, helix ultimate and sp page builder. suddenly I can no longer edit a page with the page builder. only the menu bars above and below appear. nothing goes in between.

please help, it es urgent.

And there is one more problem. Two pages can no longer be accessed on the tablet. They are visible on the large monitor and smartphone, but not on the tablet. Why?

Sorry Rashida,

By mistake I told you "menu canvas" but I meant the "horizontal menu" on iPad horizontal view.

Hello

I Use Helix Ultimate and I' m facing the same problem on tablets. The first click on the main menu item opens the sub menu an I can click on one of the sub-menu items. If I click again on the main menu item, the sub-menu opens and close immediatley. I suppode, that this click is not recognised as a hover action but as an click action.

Is there a way to solve this issue? Or is there a simple way to hide the horizontal menu on tablets in landscape mode an just display the offcanvas menu?
