Frontend Editor Not Saving To Template

Hi. When I use the frontend editor and I press save it says it is saved. However, when I close it it has not saved my changes. I am having to use the template to make any changes, then it will save. It's a lot of work to have to design in the template and not be able to use the frontend editor. Can you tell me why this is happening? Thanks.

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. You did a mistake. You shouldn't downgrade Page Builder 4 to 3 & which is mentioned our blog post of Page Builder 4 release.

Now you should upgrade Page Builder 4 or You should restore your previous backup of your site.
