The option to choose and upload a featured image in SP Image Gallery is missing in Joomla 4:

Then clear your Joomla cache and Browser's cache and then check. If possible, then check with a different browser.

Please uninstall SP Easy Image Gallery and install the latest version on the site. Hopefully, it will solve the issue.

Very strange - I had installed the newest version originally, but I just uninstalled and reinstalled it and it works now - thanks!
