it's works better. Later in December you can upgrade to SPPB 4.0.9/10 etc.

Just to be sure I understand, Joomshaper is selling software that does not work. Joomshaper recommends using the previous version 3 and updating to version 4.0.9 or 4.10 sometime in December, which might work? Reasons why I can not use the current version 4.0.6 or what error exists are not mentioned. Is this the business model of Joomshaper?

No answer from Joomshaper to my reply 1 week ago. Maybe it was no good idea to buy SPPB4.

It most cases it works, this same we can say about any new software, Windows included.

I talk about upcoming versions, becuase like with Joomla updates, every update fix something and component works better. In your opinion Joomla 4.0.0 was stable or not?

Paul, I am aware that new major releases of any software are not perfect. I am not asking for perfection. What I as a customer expect is, that it works in general. The main feature of SPPB is creating pages. This function does not work. So it is not about "working better", it is working at all! Since Joomshaper doesn't seem to be responding to my legitimate complaint that basic functionality isn't available, I think I'll cancel the purchase and look for another provider.

I can record a video that it works on my site, but it will not change anything in our communication. It also works on many sites already. About SPPB 3.8x vs 4.0.x- I suggested you to wait few weeks more if you have complains now.
