I am getting Prohibited input U+00000020 when submitting a form

Can you please assist?

Hi,

Thanks, fixed already, no error message.

  1. I inserted missing values inside your form, you forgot to set destination email :(
  2. and renamed email field name from "email" to "e-mail" and helped
