is sit because of some update? There is also no successful sent message...
now it seems to work after i removed the content from the From field. But strangely why hasnt it worked just recently?

Thanks for contacting us. Form Builder does not work when you add {{email}} in the subject. You have to use {{email}} as the last variable in the subject. For example: {{site-name}} | {{email}} will work. Try this solution.

Reply-To: {{email}}
Reply-name: {{name}}
Cc: {{email}}
o sorry u spoke about subject not header...
by the way, when I have the form in a page builder page it works, if I use instead page builder as plugin version in joomla articles it does not work

what do u mean? I used of course the page builder form, what else?

Which version of page builder are you using? Could you please give me your super admin access?

Could you please keep a backup and try the latest page builder?
It is already the V 3.8.10! So far it always worked
