I think your htaccess file is renamed with the something else. Will you please download the akeeba backup and check this package in your localhost or server (sub-folder). Let me know the update.

Hi Toufiq,

The htaccess file was renamed due shortly after the installation and all was working without issues until the upgrade of PHP andsp page builder

The files were never deleted just renamed. Not sure this is a possible cause?

Did you check the akeeba backup?

I can look to bring the previous back back BUT the old .htaccess files are in situ , just renamed.

Again, I would reuqest you to check the Akeeba backup & let me know. Thanks

Excuse me not being as familiar with what's going on with the video. It is moving at pace and does not have any annoation about what is looking to being achived at each stage

1. A new akeeba backup being taken
2. Backup of the mysql database
3. Restoring of the database
4. recovering 9 folders for plugins

I have a few sites with Page builder installed, it is not practicle for me to give you access to all my sites.

Download this patch package and install it on your site.
