I am using the Educon template.

Is it not possible to edit the text directly on the page - see image attached area marked '2'?

I'm unable to edit the text unless I use the text block area - see image attached area marked '1'.

I also have to click 'Apply' to see the changes. I thought the changes were available in real time?
