Install Failed Error On Quickstart

I have downloaded two different quickstart packages today. I have installed each of them multiple times (deleting all files and db), each time the install process has failed. This is the error i see https://imgur.com/a/iaSQJZa
Whenever I refresh the page I am taked to the next step, where I can successfully open the site.
What's the issue with the installers failing?

Accepted AnswerI've tried Edulif and Educon.
I'm using PHP Version 8.0.23, but I don't see whay that would cause just this one feature of the installer to fail? It works when I refresh the page.
Edulif states PHP 7.0.x (minimum), PHP 7.1 or PHP 7.2 or PHP 7.3 (64 bit version, recommended) Educon states PHP 7.0.x or PHP 7.1 or PHP 7.2 (64 bit version)
