Error Invalide Addon On SP Page Builder

I am building a new website with the template Delacroy. Unfortunately I always get Error - Invalid Addon. Please contact the support.

When editing, the page totally spins around. I have no other bad experiences with the templates or the SP Page Builder. What can this be?

Can you help me?
