Waiting for an answer for 2 days and not even a hint that somebody is looking for it.

Hi, the Backend Problem, that Pagebuilder startet with an Errror has been fixed with Database Maintanance via Joomla Backend.

The Frontend Problem, that the "Full width" silders on Top and Bottom are not working is still persistant!

Please assist.

Three days gone without an answer of the Support Team, very dissapointing, that other newer questions get answers of the official support team and mine is on the third side. Hopefully you get it to work in the next 24 hours.

Day 4, yes really day four, without support. Very disappointing. Not even a login to joomla backen to see what is wrong.

Apology for the delay. Your slideshow full width issue is fixed. SP Page Builder 4 is fully frontend. So, backend editor is available here.

There was a JavaScript error. I have fixed in this file: templates/shaper_salon/js/owl.carousel.min.js

I have searched for andSelf word in the code and replaced with addBack
