Page Went Blank After Saving

Hello,

Purchasing the SP Page Builder is the greatest thing I have done for web development. For some reason for the first time started to make problem when I saved a page.

After hitting SAVE, it saved the content for public use but in admin panel the page is now BLANK, nothing inside.

What can be the issue in order to restore it? I tried to Clone but still same. Thanks for your support. Roni

I am having the exact same issue, I will get so far and then suddenly all content disapears after saving.

Hi Rashida,

  1. yes it happens only for specific page and if I clone it, it is inherited the same for new cloned page as blank.
  2. Template is Shaper_helixultimate .

I solved the issue by upgrading the module SP PAGE BUILDER. Now it is works.
