After testing I tried via the database to copy/paste the text field from the sppagebuilder table to a new blank page and I always edit a blank page where I am asked to create the first line.. .

It's blocking.

Hello and thank you for the information. But it's not from PHP version. I downgraded to version 7.4.x and it's the same. I tested on 2 different browsers + clear cache.

Hello, I followed your link and I still have the problem.

I disabled optional extensions to leave only Joomla and SPPageBuilder. I deactivated the plugin for managing cookies. I don't have CSS and JS compression enabled. I'm on the basic Helix template.

On the other hand, if I go through the administration interface then System / Template and click on shaper_helixultimate then the Template Options button, I have the rendering without being able to touch the content. Because these are only the framework settings and not the content of the home page.

I did my tests on PHP 7.4.x

Hello I still have the same problem I can not edit the home page. I am forced to edit the text in database... You will find attached the new access codes.

I tried several browsers and purged the cache. Thanks
