Contact form does not send a message

I previously had a contact form on my site, which I created with a module. The form has always worked well.
I have now created a new contact form with the Page Builder, which unfortunately does not work. After entering the contact details, a message is displayed: "The email was not sent". In the Adon there is not much that I can adjust.
What is the problem?

Apology for the inconvenience. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.

You had to set your site email address in the From Email option.
