Contact Form does Not Send A Message

I previously had a contact form on my site, which I created with a module. The form has always worked well. I have now created a new contact form with the Page Builder, which unfortunately does not work. After entering the contact details, a message is displayed: "The email was not sent". In the Adon there is not much that I can adjust. What is the problem?
