Error, mails from form "New member" are not sent!

  • The problem is that from the form builder the mails are not sent! The form has been running for a long time and until now the mails were always sent. But now it seems that the mails are not sent anymore. Other mails are sent without any problems. According to the support blog I am not the only one with this problem see --> Form not send?

You're driving me crazy.... I have been waiting for a solution to my problem for days now .... and nothing comes, sorry! The test mail works! Only the mail from FormBuilder not .... Please for a solution

Dear Toufiq I really don't know what to do anymore. For days, I have been trying to explain to you that the form for "new membership" does not work, respectively that no mails are sent. The other forms like Contact work and there the mails are sent but NOT with the fromlar for new membership. I had also sent you pictures, which I now send nochmlas. Can I ask you to finally look at the thing? Thanks for your feedback

Hi Toufiq ... I don't understand. I try for the x time and I do not receive any mail and also no confirmation that the mail was sent??!!?? Tried again now and it does not work! Why does it work for you?
