No Mails Sent With Form Builder

I have created a contact form with Form-Builder, but no mails will be sent. From the Joomla Global Config, I sent test emails using PHP Mail, SendMail and SMTP. In all cases, the test email worked, but the form did not. No mail in SPAM.

I have added a page Form Builder and tested with my personal email address. It seems like working. Please check the page using your server email address and let me know the result.
