Please make sure you are using the right license key. Actually, you need to copy the license key from your JoomShaper Dashboard. I have checked with this email address: [email protected] and you have two plans in your dashboard, please use the license key of your active plan, not from the expired one.

I have also logged in to your backend, and the license key seems longer than usual. Usually, the license key should 32 characters long.

I repeat the license key field has 44 characters in your admin area. But Our license key should be 32 characters long, not 44 characters.
